Mugicha, “barley tea” in Japanese, is an infusion of roasted barley. Its golden color comes from a gentle roasting process that gives the cereal delicious notes of biscuit and popcorn. Naturally caffeine-free, Mugicha is a refreshing drink at any time of the day.

Preparation:
Teapot or French press: infuse 15 g per cup (200 ml) in boiling water at 90 °C for 5–10 minutes.

For an iced version, infuse Mugicha in boiling water and then chill.

Barley from organic farming.

Natural and artisanal beverage, without additives or preservatives.

Best before: 2 years.
